        Unveiling the Apprentice Training Program

We are excited to introduce our comprehensive Apprentice Training program, meticulously designed to pave the way for a promising and lucrative career in telecom cable construction. Our program equips participants with not only the technical skills required but also offers a structured pathway to achieving a six-figure income, regardless of geographical location.
At Digital Technologies LLC, we prioritize the holistic development of our apprentices. Our tiered skills building program encompasses a range of essential proficiencies, including Safety Protocols, Industry Ethics, Standard Skills, and OSHA Safety Certification – all vital for successful engagement in our field. It is imperative to highlight that all subcontractors collaborating with Digital Technologies LLC must complete this mandatory program, reflecting our unwavering dedication to maintaining the highest quality standards across all partnerships.
For subcontractors with prior experience, we also offer avenues for advanced skill enhancement. Nurturing expertise and facilitating continuous growth are central to our values.

        A Path to Mastery



        Our apprentice program is structured into six modules, including an examination component, delivered through both online and in-person classes. The initial three modules encompass Introduction to Telecommunications, Basic Telecommunications and Installation, and Cable Construction 101 (i.e., blueprint and design reading, cable plant operation, equipment and parts, signal and level readings, as well as splicing of active and passive devices). These are provided at no cost to the student. Following this, apprentice students transition to on-site work, working alongside contract partners as helpers to gain practical, hands-on training. This phase comes with remuneration, commensurate with skill level and performance.

Upon mastering the initial three modules, basic student subcontractors progress to the Novice Apprentice Skill Building phase. 

        Elevating Expertise: Novice Apprentice Program



        The Novice Apprentice program enhances skillsets, encompassing areas such as balancing actives and addressing basic troubleshooting. Furthermore, Digital Technologies LLC extends consulting assistance to subcontractors interested in establishing their own LLCs. This includes guidance on insurance acquisition and recommended contractor partnerships for potential site work opportunities.

Subcontractors with prior experience and proficiency in the field are exempt from the advanced apprenticeship program requirement. However, it’s crucial to note that the bar for performance and quality remains high, and subpar performance could lead to dismissal. Monitoring skill levels, work performance, and attitude is an ongoing process, and Digital Technologies LLC retains the discretion to dismiss any student or subcontractor when deemed necessary.
